In this demo, we imagine a holiday park with different types of campsites and cabins. Booking rules are more complex than Demo 1 or Demo 2. We have set minimum and maximum stays, discounts, special prices, options and fees that are specific to certain accommodation types.
- 3 accommodation types: tent or caravan site, camper site, cabin

- Sites can be booked per night while Cabins are rented out per week
- rates for extra-persons above normal occupancy
- 3 seasons: low, middle, high
- Customer can choose if they wish to pay via bank transfer or online (PayPal or credit card)

Accommodation types
- Small tent or caravan site (4 persons max.): Base price includes 1 tent or 1 caravan + 2 persons. Electricity is an option.
- Large tent or caravan site (8 persons max.): Base price includes 1 tent or 1 caravan + 4 persons. Electricity is an option.
- Camper site (8 persons max.): Base price is for 2 persons. Electricity is included.
- Cabin (6 persons max.): Base price is for 4 persons.
Seasons
- Low season: Winter months (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb)
- Middle season: Spring months (March, April, May)and Fall months ( Sept, Oct )
- High season: Summer months (June, July, Aug)
Booking rules
- Check-in and check-out any days,except for the Cabins for which Saturday is the changeover day.
- Minimum stay: none for tent/caravan small or large sites, 2 nights for Camper sites and 7 nights for the Cabins
Rates
- Normal occupancy rates correspond to the base price (example: one tent + 2 persons).
- Extra adults and extra children rates are defined
- Special rate (higher) for Camper accommodation type for a week-end only stay (Fri and Sat night)
Discounts
- For Small and Large tent or caravan sites : 5% off on the accommodation price from the 7th night and 10% off on the accommodation price fro the 15th night
- For Cabins: $100 discount on the second week
Extras
- For Small and Large tent or caravan sites : electricity and extra-tent. Price per accommodation per day.
- For Cabins: Morning Bread and Internet access. Price per accommodation per day.
- For all accommodation types: 18 holes golf course half-day ticket. Price per ticket ; customer will enter a quantity.
Fees
- For all accommodation types except Cabins : tourist tax. Price per adult/day and per children/day.
- For Cabins: Cleaning fee. Price per accommodation.
- For all accommodation types: Processing fee. 1% of the global price (accommodation + options).
