This demo is aimed at showing the functionalities added by HBook. We have chosen a basic theme so you see exactly what our online booking system does, outside of any specific design. HBook will integrate well to your website as it uses your theme stylesheet, as you can see with the other demos.

We use [hb_booking_form] shortcode or Booking form block to display a booking form.

Booking

This demo is with multiple accommodation booking enable. The visitor indicates how many rooms he would like to book.

We have other demos for single property (villa, apartment) or with multiple accommodation booking disabled (hotel, camping, b&b, RVpark, cottages, lodge).

Payment set up of HBook demos

In this demo, we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid online. Paypal and Stripe payment gateways are activated.

  • Demo 2: HBook set to ask for credit card details without charging the card at the time of the booking. It can be charged later on directly form the back-end (Stripe). 
  • Demo 3: HBook set to offer the customer the option to pay the full amount via bank transfer or online. 
  • It is possible as well to set HBook as a booking request system and without online payment (payment on arrival, bank transfer…)

 These are only examples of how HBook plugin can be set up. You can arrange the available settings to match your needs.
